Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident and supported when purchasing artwork from our gallery. Please read the following policy carefully, as terms vary depending on the type of purchase.
Viewing Deposits
Viewing deposits are refundable if the artwork is not as described or does not feel as expected upon viewing.

Any concerns must be made known to the gallery within 5 days of viewing the artwork.

If no issues are raised within this timeframe, the viewing deposit will be considered accepted.
Artwork Deposits & Payment Terms
If a deposit is taken to reserve an artwork:

The remaining balance must be paid in full within 14 days of the deposit date.

Payment may be made using interest-free credit or our agreed payment providers.
If full payment is not received within the 14-day period, the gallery reserves the right to:

Retain the deposit, and
-
Release the artwork back for sale.
Special Orders (Artwork Purchased on Request)
If the gallery purchases an artwork specifically at your request, and you are aware that the artwork is being sourced especially for you:

A refund will only be possible if the artwork arrives damaged and the damage is irreversible, meaning the gallery is unable to resolve or repair the issue.

Refunds are not available for change of mind on special orders.
Online Purchases (Delivered Direct)
For artworks purchased online and delivered directly:

You must notify the gallery within 7 days of delivery if the artwork:

Arrives damaged, or
-
Is not as expected

If an artwork arrives damaged and the gallery is able to resolve or repair the damage, you will be expected to proceed with the sale once the issue has been remedied.
Gallery Credit Option
If a refund is not issued, we may offer the option to keep the funds on account with the gallery, which can be used toward a different artwork at a later date, at a time that suits you, within 12 months.
